Make the Detective Conan/Case Closed series faster, cheaper and easier to obtain for English speakers

Do you want to support this series, but are not able to due to the fact that...
1. Yomiuri Telecasting Corporation does not release their Detective Conan DVDs with English subtitles, and make it available in the United States/Canada/Britain... other English speaking people.
2. Funimation Entertainment is just taking too long... It has been two years, first year started out great with a new episode airing every weekday on Adult Swim, if that would have continued, we would probably be at episode 150 and have movie 1 by now.
Unfortunately, Funimation is releasing expensive DVD's that all people can't get and is releasing them WAY TOO slow.
And finally...
3. When people try to make Detective Conan available to English speakers by putting the programming on websites it is usually taken down quickly, and this is sad due to that fact that these people work very hard to add subtitles and are just trying to make other people happy. Plus they are doing what the big corporations are not doing or are taking to long to do.
So, basically what I want to show is that, there are a lot of Detective Conan/Case Closed fans that speak English and that desperately want the series to be shown or be available to them. And if there are enough people, then it will probably have an effect because the big corporations will say "Wow, if we go quicker and release it on TV we will make a lot more money, and be able to go on lavish vacations."
This can also help with getting it on major TV networks (not the Funimation Channel which no one has), the networks want high ratings and they aren't dumb... a lot of people = high ratings.
So, support Detective Conan/Case Closed in the English language or even simply just English subbed.
