Dear Commissioner for Human Rights, MR Thomas Hammarberg !
We would like to bring to your attention the case of the human rights activist, author and founder of the human rights activist group, PER ASPERA, Mr. Michael Heise, from the German city of Speyer am Rhein, who recently on September 14, 2007 was imprissoned for unknown reasons in Germany. He was already years ago in contact and correspondence with Nelson Mandela.
Mr. Michael Heise founded the human rights activist group PER ASPERA in 1968. He is an encouragement and an example to the people of Germany, North America, Asia and other nations in many actions defending human rights.
The country of Germany and the European Union have made political and religious freedoms important elements in its diplomatic relations and we are gravely concerned about violations against such basic rights in the country of Germany.
In the light of these concerns, we respecfully ask you to investigate the circumstances which led to the imprissonment of Mr. Heise and that you seek the release of the author, human rights activist and editor, Mr. Michael Heise in Germany.

Wir möchten Ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf die Situation des Menschenwürde-Aktivisten, Autor und Gründer des internationalen Schreibdienstes für die Menschenwüde, PER ASPERA, Herrn Michael Heise, aus Deutschland, Speyer am Rhein lenken, der kürzlich aus bislang nicht bekannten Gründen am 14. September 2007 in Deutschland inhaftiert wurde.
Schon vor Jahren war er in Kontakt und in Korrespondenz mit Nelson Mandela.
Herr Michael Heise gründete den internationalen Schreibdienst für die Menschenwürde PER ASPERA im Jahr 1968. Er ist ein couragierter, engagierter Mann und Vorbild für die Menschen in Deutschland, Nord Amerika, Asien und in anderen Nationen in zahlreichen Aktionen zur Verteidigung der Menschenrechte.
Deutschland und die Europäische Union haben politische und religiöse Bestimmungen zu wichtigen Bestandteilen ihrer diplomatischen Beziehungen gemacht und wir sind sehr besorgt über die Verletzung von solchen Grundrechten in Deutschland.
Im Angesicht dieser Sorgen bitten wir Sie mit allem Respekt, die Umstände, die zur Inhaftierung von Herrn Heise führten zu untersuchen und dazu beizutragen die Freilassung des Autors, Menschenwürde-Aktivisten, Gründers und Herausgeber von PER ASPERA in Deutschland zu ermöglichen.
