We the undersigned do now petition this court for the complete and unconditional release of Nadra Foster without bail and that all charges be dropped against her.
Furthermore, we also inform the court as producers, programmers, employees of KPFA and members of the KPFA community that we neither support the charges being brought against her nor do we condone the arrest of Ms. Foster ( a pregnant woman), the police misconduct, and the abuse that resulted in her arm being broken. We as citizens support the court in taking a fair and just course of action by releasing her and subsequently dismissing all charges against her:
