America is a land of equality. We say that we believe all men are created equal and deserve the same recognition. We celebrate many different types of people and their heritage. We are proud of our roots and who we are, unless, of course, you happen to be a, Caucasian male. If a white man speaks of his roots, or talks of all the great white men that contributed perhaps more significantly to the founding of this great country than any other people group, he is considered racist and chauvinistic.
There is a national month of celebration for most every people group in America, except for that group that took the bold steps of founding this country, whose blood was spilled more than any other people group to make this country a nation free of discrimination. But sadly their grandchildren and great grandchildren are forced to be quiet about their pride in their forefathers on risk of being accused of being insensitive and of viewing themselves as superior. February is black history month, March is womens history month, May is Asian/Pacific Islander history month, September 15 to October 15 is Hispanic Heritage month, and November is American history month. Yet there is no month or day celebrating white males, for to have one would be called racist, chauvinistic and close-minded.

Why are white males demanded to shut their mouths about being proud of who they are when the rest of the country is praised for showing their pride of who they are? It is modern racism at its worst.
