Network Ten Subliminal Messaging

On Sunday 28th October 2007 at 7pm, the ARIA Awards were shown on Network Ten. During the nominations for some of the artists subliminal advertising was used! This is a blatant breach of the Code Of Practice set down by FreeTV Australia and the Australian Federal Government.
The adverts show a 25th of a second logo from "OLAY", "KFC", the Toyota "YARIS" and "Chuba Chups". According to the code any program, program advert, etc etc that uses "subliminal OR NEAR subliminal" messages is ILLEGAL.
Media Watch tonight investigated the issue and Rove Enterprises and all the sponsors pointed the blame at Network Ten, who said that it was legal (which is wrong).
I believe that if we let Network Ten get away with this, then we can see other networks start to use this same technique...

(can you notice "OLAY" flashing up)
