Recently, the Newfoundland and Labrador Nurses Union stated that they would be seeking conciliation concerning their present collective bargaining negotiations. They are seeking a 24\% raise over two years, however the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador has offered 15\% over four years.
We, the undersigned, do not support the demands issued by the Newfoundland Nurses Union for a 24\% raise over the next two years and counter with a demand that they accept the present offer by government.
