STOP THE BUILDING OF A BUND (A high bank of inert waste) AT SOUTHERN GREEN FARM, RUSHDEN.
THE FARMER INTENDS TO SEND AROUND 500 WASTE LORRIES VIA COTTERED AND THROCKING IN ORDER TO AVOID HIS OWN VILLAGE OF RUSHDEN, MAKING OUR ROADS DANGEROUS AND UNUSABLE BY FOOT, HORSE, BIKE AND CAR.
It is our opinion that the Bund, if built, will be unsightly, constructed of waste, is not necessary for farming purposes and will cause distress to the residents of Cottered and Throcking, Hertfordshire.
