People Against The Rezoning of "280 Dirt Pile" Property

The undersigned oppose the rezoning of the property on Highway 280 and Green Valley Road from cluster residential to commercial zoning. This proposed change would negatively effect the residents of Mountain Brook, Vestavia, and commuters from Shelby County and Birmingham. We are opposed because of safety and environmental concerns, as well as the effects it would have on commuting and the residential areas that adjoin the property. There is no need for further commercial development on Highway 280!
