Cultural Genocide is defined by United Nations' Draft Declaration on the rights of indigenous peoples (26 August 1994, Article 7) to which United Kingdom is a signatory to, as:
Indigenous peoples have the collective and individual right not to be subjected to ethnocide and cultural genocide, including prevention of and redress for:
(a) Any action, which has the aim or effect of depriving them of their integrity as distinct peoples, or of their cultural values or ethnic identities;
(b) Any action which has the aim or effect of dispossessing them of their lands, territories or resources;
(c) Any form of population transfer, which has the aim or effect of violating or undermining any of their rights;
(d) Any form of assimilation or integration by other cultures or ways of life imposed on them by legislative, administrative or other measures;
(e) Any form of propaganda directed against them.
The below signatories of this Petition seek means for prevention and redress for Mr. Blairs governmental actions in the following:
1. Aims and effects of depriving the Indigenous British Isles peoples of their distinct identities.
2. Actions which have the aim and or effect of removing the afore mentioned peoples from their native lands
3. Actions involving forced assimilation and or integration into other cultures, which have been formally legislated into effect.
4. Propaganda and racist remarks made against the Indigenous British Isles peoples.
Mr. Tony Blair and key members of his Cabinet have consistently shown great efforts to undermine and sabotage the cultures, languages, beliefs, religion and welfare of the Caucasian Indigenous British Isles inhabitants of namely of Great Britain, including but not limited to England, Scotland, Wales and Ulster.
The Indigenous British Isles peoples are defined as the current Caucasian indigenous inhabitants believed to have arrived in 12,000 BCE from modern-day Western Germany, the Netherlands and Denmark. These Caucasian British Isles peoples are genetically unique and approximately 80\% of the genetic characteristics of the average white British person can be traced back to the few hundred nomads who arrived here about 14,000 years ago. Thus, indigenous inhabitants of the British Isles are a truly unique indigenous people and their unique genetic inheritance, land and culture are no less valid than those of the indigenous Amazons, Native Americans, Zulus, Inuits and all other aboriginal or indigenous peoples.
Mr. Tony Blairs pervasive multi-cultural polices have most severely impinged on the native populous. Poorly regulated mass immigrations of many alien religions and cultures have displaced and through Blair government has imposed their cultures and beliefs on the indigenous population. Through affirmative action policies, biased racial hatred laws, public defamation and humiliation of opponents and the legislated forcible acceptance of his regimes policies have and ensured a politically dominant minority culture.
Mass immigration especially of dissimilar racial, cultural and religious migrants have displaced culture, language, people and their sense of belonging from the land. Not only have the Indigenous British Isles peoples strong spiritual and cultural connections to their ancient homelands, they also have an historic account of sole ownership. Their future is in jeopardy.
Mr. Blair needs to be held legally accountable for his and his governments illegal and irresponsible actions against the Indigenous British Isles people. We the below signatories, sincerely agree
