Petition to allow 2007 Graduates to receive their parchments on the day of their graduation ceremony

It appears that parchments will not be available at the Graduation ceremony for 2007 graduands of the University of Portsmouth. We believe that this is completely unacceptable and that students who have worked hard towards achieving their awards over three years deserve to receive their final certificate at the actual ceremony. Without a parchment, the ceremony is practically meaningless. We request that the situation is revised and that the University endeavours to produce the parchments in time for graduation, thereby providing the granduands to the treatment to which they are entitled and deserve.
