Petition to Enforce Court Ordered Visitations

I describe below what has happened to my family, because the Courts won't enforce visitations.

Please sign my Petition if you believe the laws in our Nation need to be changed so that Court Ordered Visitations are enforced.

Please take the time to sign this petition, which will be sent to State Legislators, Judges, Attorneys, Family Law Courts, Child and Family Services, etc.

Our Nation's families need your signatures to have a court system that enforces their Court Ordered Visitation so that children do not have to endure the loss of their non-custodial parent.

My family is not the only family this is happening to. It's happening to families all over the world. Not in the thousands, but in the MILLIONS!!!

Here is a letter I wrote to my Colorado and Texas Legislators:

I would like to cordially invite you to listen to my National radio interview that was broadcast earlier this year.

It involves a Child Custody Case that started in Colorado and ended up in Texas. Texas took jurisdiction without the authority to do so.

A Colorado Judge wrote a Court Order explicity stating jurisdiction would never leave Colorado. My daughter, the child involved in this Child Custody Case, was taken to Texas without benefit of a Court Order.

Then through a chain of circumstances Texas took jurisdiction of the Case. I was reprimanded in public Court for trying to stop the hearings in Texas. I had presented my evidence to the Texas Judge about her not having the authority to take jurisdiction.

The following year, the same Texas Judge instructed her clerks to not communicate with me (I have the hand-written court documents with the instructions on them).

I was Pro Se at the time. Those who are Pro Se are afforded the same Rights as a licensed attorney. The Judge is also there to uphold the law.
Again, they weren't upheld.

As it says on the website where my interview is housed, "PAS is a "Tactical Disorder." It displays itself in children but is a real "Tactic", used by an socially undeveloped adult to extract selfish and revengeful agendas with the design to control the love of children."

I have not seen my daughter since February 7, 2004. That is almost 1 year and she lives 35 miles from me, but I am not allowed to see her, because Texas won't enforce their own Order. I've spoken to her 70 minutes since June 1, 2004. That's an average of 10 minutes a month!

Texas refuses to release the Case. I have been in contact with their Enforcement Division and they say they cannot help, because my daughter lives in Colorado. She has been here since December 1998.

Why do I tell you all this?

Because you, as a Representative of those who vote for you, make the laws. The laws need to be changed, because these things shouldn't happen. The laws are put in place to be upheld. I have not experienced that.

Please change the laws so these things don't happen and destroy families.

Do you know what it's like to go without seeing someone you love for year?

The last time I spoke to my daughter (DOB 6/7/90) I told her I'd pray for her.

Do you know what her response was?

"Don't, cuz if there was a God, He wouldn't have let this happen."
