PETITION TO SUPPORT THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE MONACO 



The Monaco is a new approach to high-rise living in downtown Kelowna. Attainable high-rise homes for the working people of Kelowna have never before been offered. 47% of the units in Monaco are within the qualification range of those earning $53,500 (the Okanagan median income). This is a breakthrough in the downtown high-rise housing prices.
