Property Description Parcel known as The Shoppes of Bellshire, Tax Map 167, Parcel 2, located North of Lowes, off of Main St. (State Hwy 31), Spring Hill, TN (Williamson County). We, the undersigned residents of Spring Hill, request the City of Spring Hill to designate the zoning of the above described property R-2 (medium density, single family, residential) for the following reasons.

1. This designation in zoning will align with the City of Spring Hill Planning Commission Master Land Use Plan (adopted 12-4-06).

2. This zoning will prevent high density residential development that would adversely impact the citizens of the City of Spring Hill and the Spring Hill Government by:

a. exacerbating the traffic issue on Main Street, currently rated an F by an independent study commissioned by the City of Spring Hill.

b. adversely impacting the property values of surrounding developments through the addition of high density rental housing.
