Pierceology

We, the undersigned residents of Victorian Village, are concerned about Pierceology operating at 190 W. 2nd Avenue (at the corner of Hunter Avenue). We wish to bring resolution to the following issues:
Preserve the character and community of the Victorian Village neighborhood.
Restrict parking to be permit only on Hunter Avenue and W. 2nd Avenue.
Require any visible signage of the store to be consistent with the standards of Victorian Village.
Limit business hours of operation to normal office business hours (8 am 6 pm).
Require Pierceology to be responsible for additional trash and cigarette butt litter on the street.
Restrict future use of 190 W. 2nd to only be residential.
Avoid deterioration of the Victorian Village community and avoid negative impact on property values.
Victorian Village must preserve the character and community of its neighborhood by preventing problems associated with
Pierceology located at 190 W. 2nd Avenue.
