The petition is to prepare and support Pre-School education, and children under Grade Six (optionally Grade Seven) education by turning Television educational shows into DVD format, or downloadable to read only video recorders such as Tivo, Apple Ipod, Microsoft Zume. Such portable video playback devices such as: Ipod and Zume appears to have docking cable for Television sets. Of course, recycled packaging, energy star, and recycled paper for cheapest delivery even bulk. And Blockbuster Video has a beta program for downloads, others are Napster, Apple, MSN.
