I propose that the remaining players in the most recent movie format bicker (HD DVD vs Blu-Ray) switch to the Blu-Ray side (since they seem to have the majority of the camps already) so that:
A) Hardware developers can focus on one technology and start innovating.
B) Innovations will hopefully lead to lower manufacturing/player prices.
C) Movie houses focusing on only one new format will hopefully lower movie distribution costs and in turn retail prices.
D) People actually start buying hi def movies in serious volume.
E) Almost everyone wins? :)
