Re-instate "the_t", write down the rules, and ease up.

This is a petition to the mods of the Live Journal community nintendo_ds to re-instate (read: unban) the user known as "the_t". He was banned, without a reason given. Though, it is assumed by him and others (my self included) that he was banned for using the words "ucking fidiot" to describe a certain person who wasbereft of intelligence. Now, I believe in freedom of speech, however, I also believe in the rules. Though the mods have asked to keep the language clean, they have yet to actually write these rules down, in a location accessible by both new and old members alike. Also, "the_t" did not technically use foul language. Though a swear word was implied, he has enough wit about him to come with clever ways to call you on your ignorance. Yes, he can be a bit difficult at times (he himself has admitted this), there are no rules, no "common sense" about some one being this way. Also, there are many members of this community who are the same way (I could name names, but that's not my point). Now, whether or not you like the_t is not in question here. What I am trying to do is help the community as a whole. You may ask yourself how getting one member back into the community will help, and I say to you that when one member is oppressed, it will not be long before we are all oppressed. I do not want to see this happen. We should be free to express our selves how we feel, or at the very least, there should be rules, set in stone, so that all members know them and can follow them. We are not animals, we are civilized people. Why can we not rectify this situation in a civilized and dignified manner?

In closing, we urge you to help us get the_t unbanned, the rules written down, and an easement of the mods so that we, as the community, are not afraid to post.

Also, I am fully willing to accept what ever outcome may come from this. If I am banned for this, then it just goes to show you what kind of community nintendo_ds really is.
