Recogida de firmas contra ley 17 bis de la LISI.

Hago esta recogida de firmas contra el artículo 17 bis de la LISI.

La cual dice que cualquier entidad de gestión puede clausurar páginas que no paguen derechos de autor y actuar contra toda aquella persona que tenga más de 10 archivos en su carpeta compartida de programas P2P(eMule,Ares,...).

Todo ello sin ninguna orden judicial, lo cual es una violación de la libertad de expresión.

Este artículo ya fue retirado del borrador de la LISI pero ahora vuelve a estar en activo.

También os propongo que mandéis esta petición a vuestros contactos.
