Reduction of Legal & Miscellaneous Charges

We, the owners of apartments in tower A and tower B of GCorp ICON, petition the GCorp ICON management to reduce the “Legal & Miscellaneous Charges”.
We have found that GCorp is asking the owners to pay in the range of Rs. 86,000/- to Rs. 97,000/- (based on size of apartment i.e. 2-BHK/3-BHK/4-BHK). These charges are not only higher than what GCorp has mentioned in the sale agreement (i.e. Rs. 25,000/-) but also extremely higher than what other builders (like Prestige, Sobha, Salarpuria-Sattva etc.) in the market ask for (They charge in the range of Rs. 20000 to Rs. 30000/-). We find the “Legal & Miscellaneous Charges” demanded by GCorp extremely unreasonable.
We, the owners of Tower A and B of GCorp ICON demand GCorp management to reduce “Legal & Miscellaneous Charges” to the extent mentioned in the sale agreement so that we are able to go ahead with the registration process
