Reinstate PissBottleMan to the Message Pit

We, the Pearl Jam Message Pit Community, implore Kat, Sea and the 10C to reinstate Brent, Pit name PissBottleMan, from his lifetime ban from the Pearl Jam Message Pit.
While he may have broken a message board rule 9 and/or 10 , it was not broken intentionally and was done in the spirit of the Pearl Jam family - to help others.
Please review the Message Pit rules and how they pertain to Brent/PissBottleMan;
Posting Guidelines
"1. Be nice. We're very big on RESPECT here. Respect for each other, the band and the bbs environment. Please remember you are as a guest in someone else's home. Please do not put your posting privileges at risk."
Brent/PissBottleMan has continuously shown a great deal of respect for the band, the message board and fellow board members. He is an active participant in the Pit and many people respect him for his informative, funny and warm comments.
"2. Discuss, disagree and debate politely. It's possible to disagree with people without being abusive.
a. We operate on the "I'm rubber, you're glue" philosophy so if you make a wonderful, thoughtful post with good points and call the other guy a moron while you're at it, it'll be removed. See #3."
It's common knowledge that Brent/PissBottleMan loves Yield. Yet he can debate with the best of them while keeping his integrity and manners intact. In the 11,716 posts Brent/PissBottleMan has written, he has always made the Pit a better place.
3. There are people bashing and insulting each other all over the internet. We feel it can be better here.
Brent/PissBottleMan is well known for supporting people and their differences.
4. The topic is Pearl Jam's music. (and related...most topics can be tied into Pearl Jam in some way) Please use the wonderful Private Message feature for chit chat and mind blowing personal conversations about "What you ate for lunch."
Brent/PissBottleMans love for Pearl Jam is also widely known, as we all share his same passion. His posts are always regarding the topic at hand and are usually one of the better posts in the thread.
5. The band's personal lives are private.
Brent/PissBottleMan shares a common bond with Mike McCready; they both suffer from Crohns disease. Brent/PissBottleMan has taken up Mikes public cause of educating the public about Crohns and how to help support the victims of the disease. Never has he tread beyond Mikes, or any band members personal lives.
6. Please do a search first for a topic that interests you instead of creating a new thread. That'll help prevent 10-20 threads on the same subject and you'll catch the discussion you may have missed.
Brent/PissBottleman is not one of the many who start ridiculous threads many of us can not even claim the same.
7. No Spamming, Flooding, or Trolling (Inciting Flames).
If you examine Brent/PissBottleMans posts, undoubtedly you will find none of these.
8. Please do not respond to trolls...it just makes more work and you could lose your posting privileges in the process by joining an inappropriate thread.

9. Trading PJ shows even-up, ok. Bootlegging (selling), not ok. Offering to buy bootlegs, not ok. Links to bootlegger sites, not ok. 2 for 1 trades is making profit, not ok. Scalping, not ok. Offering to pay any price for a ticket is inviting scalpers. Not ok.
10. Please respect an artist's copyright. Linking to or otherwise promoting stolen art is prohibited.
In his excitement over the new song, Brent/PissBottleMan attempted to share the Unemployed song so that other fans could enjoy it as well. While this may have broken rule 9 and/or 10, it was not done for financial gain, malicious intent against the band or to damage the artists copyright. Brent/PissBottleMan realizes this broke a rule, however he, and we, the Message Pit community, do not believe it warrants a lifetime ban from the Message Pit. Also, while it bears no consequence on Brent/PissBottleMans situation, there are at least 10-20 other leaks of the Unemployed song because of the nature of the Pearl Jam community, and the bootlegging, show sharing and other trading, it was inevitable that the song would be leaked.
11. Gossip, not ok. Please don't do it.
12. Please remember: We're just a l'il message board with limited bandwidth; we're not a chat room. There are off-site forums where you can set up your own chat room for personal conversations. In an effort to conserve bandwidth we will perform bbs maintenance by regularly and/or randomly removing off topic and/or old posts.
13. If you have a disagreement with someone, (and it happens occasionally) please take it to Private Message to resolve it. Arguments are removed...it poisons the atmosphere.
Brent/PissBottleMan has shown more respect and kindness to his fellow Pit members than most of us can say.
14. Try thinking of the bbs as if you were at a show. If the people next to you are fighting, it interferes with your enjoyment of the show.
15. Your postings reflect upon you. Please be thoughtful and double-check to be sure you're saying something you can be proud of before you hit the Submit button. If you've said something to get yourself banned, it applies to any new screen name, not just the screen name that made the problem posts. We do our best to give polite hints by deleting problem posts first, please take note of that. We might also temporally ban (suspend) your account. If while on suspension you created another account, your temporary ban will become permanent.
16. Banned Members: If you have been banned by forums.pearljam.com and attempt to register again using some means to get around the ban, such as using another email address, you agree to a $23,000.23 USD reinstatement fee. By clicking "register" you agree to this fee.
17. Please remember the bbs operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week and we don't. If you see a post that warrants moderator attention, please use the "report this post to a moderator" link within the post.
18. This is the basic outline of the rules. Matters not listed in these rules will nonetheless be dealt with. Always use common sense before posting.
Outside of the minor infraction of breaking rule 9 and/or 10, Brent/PissBottleMan has been an upstanding, outstanding, friendly, caring, helpful, informative Message Pit member. He has worked tirelessly at 2004 VFC tour, the 2005 Canadian tour and even right now for the 2006 US tour for the Crohns and Colitis Foundations of Canada and America. Because of his direct and indirect efforts, the Pearl Jam community raised xxx from the Canadian pre-concert parties. Brent/PissBottleMan has inspired many many others to become charitable as well.
Please reinstate Brent/PissBottleMan. He is a friend, a loyal Pearl Jam fan, and the Message Pit Community would be far less without him.
