In the month of August, Ms. Tammy Lockett received warning messages from Facebook regarding overusage of the wall posting and comment features. Ms. Lockett had approximately 500 people in her network. She counseled several women, used her network to keep in touch with friends and family, and for business contacts. Therefore, she had high incoming and outgoing traffic. On the evening of August 11, 2009; Facebook disabled Ms. Lockett's account. We understand that Facebook's terms of service are in place in order to protect their users from spam, but we are requesting that this instance be investigated. We request that Ms. Lockett's account be reinstated including her contacts, her posts, her wall postings, her photos, and all messages that were saved in her inbox immediately. Thank you.
