We The people of the State Of Michigan, Grand Traverse County, Leelanau County, and Antrim County do hereby petition Grand Traverse County Circuit Courts to revoke a personal recogniscence bond ordered by Judge M. Haley in the matter of Dennis P. Mikko, for 5 felony charges of possession of child pornography. Dennis P. Mikko was acting as Circuit Court family division referree, presiding over child custody, abuse and neglect and juvenile offenders when a search warrent was obtained and the pornographic materials were found. Dennis P. Mikko was "awarded" a Personal Recogniscence Bond, meaning he is free without paying bail money. We the people would like to respectfully ask that this bond be revoked, and his bail to be set 500,000 dollars, with no 10 \% to insure the safety and well being of our children.
