RIAA making should be illegal moves against people

Alright, heres the deal, the RIAA is taking people to court, and not even telling them or anything. I really think we need to do something about this, i found the article digging through Digg.com, and it all of a sudden made me mad. im sure you would like to know it you are being takin to court, and having a case built against you, if yoy dont know about it, and wont ever find out about it untill they win.
