SAN DIEGO JUVENILE JUSTICE CORRUPTION

In San Diego COunty sixty two percent of the kids who are arrested have some type of mental disability! While their stay in juvenile hall, these kids are over medicated, abused mentally or physically by staff and inmates.The courts are finding that throwing these kids away to group homes is the answer! Being biased the Probation Department states that these kids with disabilities pose a problem for the system! Maybe the system poses the problems for them??? These kids are also stripped of credits towards their education! "NO" accommodations for children with special ed needs. I have asked the County to close down the East Mesa Facility which sits next door to Donovan Prison in Otay Mesa CA. To build a facility to accomodate these kids! F.A.C.C. has fought to bring many kids home to their families! Won't you help support this serious problem? Sign the petition to get new facility needed!
