We, the undersigned, have stood on the sidelines too long while Canada's Natural Governing Party's fortunes have declined in the Province of Quebec. Now with the Liberals being the first choice of only one in ten francophone Quebecers - a crisis state has been reached.
It appears that the source of the crisis is Stephane Dion's unpopularity in the Province of Quebec. If we could fix this, then the country could be saved [for as we all know, no Liberal Party - no Canada].
We propose that Stephane Dion change his first name to 'Celine'. Celine Dion was popular in Quebec for, like, years, right? So if the Liberals were lead by Celine Dion, then maybe Quebecers, would be like - "Sweet, he totally respects us and 'gets' our culture and stuff".
