Save Our NCIS Family

This is a petition for the NCIS team to stick together.

I belive that the NCIS team should have their cut increased to match there character roles.

After seven seasons they should be paid more then $100,000 per episode.
If the team was split up now then the NCIS team that made the series so great would end, the story would only last 1 or 2 more seasons because the chemistry wouldnt be the same.

So heres the facts:

Mark harmon (Gibbs) earns $350,000 per episode.

Michael Weatherly (DiNozzo),Cote de Pablo (Ziva),Pauley Perrette (Abby) and Sean Murray (McGee) are only earning $100,000 per episode.

Deadline.com is reporting that the company CBS TV Studios dangled low-ball offers, which stalled negotiations.
"The CBS drama is not only averaging 18.94 million viewers (up 5\% versus last season), its the most-watched scripted show of the year."

The NCIS Team Michael Weatherly (DiNozzo), Pauley Perrette (Abby),Sean Murray (McGee),Mark harmon (Gibbs), David McCallum (Ducky) Rocky Carroll (Director Vance), Cote de Pablo (Ziva)to stick together and continue the series.

David McCallum (Ducky) Rocky Carroll (Director Vance) and Cote de Pablo (Ziva) are believed to have struck deals, that reportedly expire next year.

The NCIS Team Team Michael Weatherly (DiNozzo), Pauley Perrette (Abby), Sean Murray (McGee), Mark harmon (Gibbs), David McCallum (Ducky), Rocky Carroll (Director Vance) and Cote de Pablo (Ziva), to all be paid at least $350,000 per episode.

This petition recognizes that:

Mark harmon (Gibbs) did have a bigger role in the story and had more experiance.

The NCIS team is now a major success with a 5\% viewer increase from last season.

This is just part of the reason why all of the NCIS team actors should be paid $350,000.
