We, the undersigned, respectfully request:
That due to the widespread dissatisfaction among ACCIDENT COMPENSATION CLAIMANTS and the WIDER GENERAL NZ POPULATION with the past and present claims management practices of the ACCIDENT COMPENSATION CORORATION (ACC) and its subsidiary companies, including the ACC's LONG TERM CLAIMS UNIT (LTCU), and AON NZ Ltd, we respectfully request the NZ House of Representatives convene a Select Committee Inquiry to inquire into such claims management practices of which details can be found at www.accforum.org and to call for, and allow, any interested party to give evidence at that inquiry.
