Set Immigration Bullies, DHS, and USCIS Right

On December 12, 2006, my father was illegally arrested by an immigration officer by the name of Philip Martinez at the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) field office in Dallas, TX. Mr. Martinez had no grounds to arrest him, except that he was told by my father that the action he had taken against us which prompted a visit from my father to the immigration office was unlawful. Martinez did not like being told or honoring US law, so my father was arrested, and we were never informed. How irresponsible! I had to trace him to a jail 200+ miles away to figure out what happened to him. He has legal stay from the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, but apparently homeland security now defies court orders.







Please, I urge you to sign this petition to get major US Lawyer(s) to get together and file a class action lawsuit against the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for all the immigrants or immigrant applicants the DHS or USCIS has dealt with illegally. I don't even want to stay in the country per se, but I want to set DHS right. I will provide a channel to collect the information by setting up a web site for people to submit such information that will provide more evidence in this regard. After all, this is America, and those who ignore the law for racial reasons shall be set right, should they not?
