Sex Offender

Charles Alan Zander (age 45) molested a 12 year old girl. He served time in prison, and has moved into the Highlands Subdivision in Sugar Land, TX.

As a convicted child molester, and registered sex offender, Charles Alan Zander thinks that he can hide in the Highlands Subdivision, a child friendly neighborhood a few hundred yards from the Highlands Elementary School.

Studies have shown that adult child molesters are beyond help, and have deviant perversions that are not correctable. I dont see a point in appealing the conscious of such an individual and asking him to leave our neighborhood on his own free will.

However, please take a few moments to petition the owner of the home in which Charles Zander is living. Diane Patrick is a law abiding citizen, but has endangered our children and our neighborhood by sheltering a known sex offender.

Due to the nature of Charles Zander's offence, please maintain your anonymity for your own and your childrens protection. Do not feel compelled to include your real name or email on this petition. Please take measures to forbid Charles Alan Zander from accessing your property on 1911 Vince's Bridge, Sugar Land TX 77478. If you are not willing to permanently evict this man, then we kindly request that you sell your property and move to a location that you expect to be more tolerant and welcoming to child molesters. The residents of Vince's Bridge St, The Highlands Subdivision residents, and First Colony residents will not tolerate his presence.
