This is to call on the top management here at Wataniya Telecom to void the Shay W Nanaa (restaurant on the 13th Floor) contract due to the following reasons:
1- Price hike without any prior notification - 200 to 500 fils increase on various items on the menu
2- Plummeting quality of food - rotten & non fresh ingredients used
3- Cleanliness & hygiene - restaurant employees using their bare hands (without gloves) to prepare food
