I, and the other petitioners just wanna thank you for the courage you showed using "Faith of the heart" in the intro of "Enterprise".
As for all former Star Trek television series songs without vocals were used, we know that it was a big step to do this.
But as "Enterprise" is something new and will bring fresh wind into the franchise "Faith of the heart" was just the right decision to make this change clear and to show how close "Enterprise" is to the present.
We ask you, NOT to listen to these so-called Trekkers all around the world, who want to replace this wonderful intro song. There are maybe a few thousand people who don't like this song but on the other side, this also means that there are more than the double of this number who like this song.
Star Trek always wanted to show the people how to live together in peace, and to be tolerant to new things out there. To do so, we want to be open to this new way of Trek and want you to keep up the good work you've done.

I love this theme song. It is a departure from tradition, but then, so was Star Trek in its infancy. Keep up the good work.

I love this song. It fits in so perfectly with the premise of the story. You cannot go hopping around the galaxy without having faith in yourself and in those around you. That is what "Faith of theHeart" is all about.......
