New Siemens SX1 Firmware Requested.
Worlwide Siemens AG SX1 users of have asked for the publication of a new Firmware for their phones. It has been a long time since the last version, and there are still several problems that need to be fixed, like incompatibilities, failures connecting with the PC, etc.
Many of us have spent a huge amount of money in a mobile phone that we thought it was worth to invest in. Although some may have acquire it cheaper than others, it is not and excuse for saying that we are pleased with its performance. If we have a closer look at IBERIA-RETAIL version, we notice that it has been invested less time to develop new versions of its firmware. We feel like ignored and that gives us a bad impression of your brand, the one we thought was the best one to invest on, the one we trusted until now... So we hope Siemens understands that, because if not, they will loose a large amount of clients.
Siemens AG is one of the leader companies in the mobile phones market, and because of that, we requested a consequent treatment. We know the difficulties that a terminal based on a Symbian Operating System supposes, although we believe in Siemens AG responsibility and good manners, and the importance given to its post-sale service .
We only want the SX1 to be in the place that it should be, not being just one great mobile phone, we want it to be the best one. We hope not to be the only ones with that aim.

Nueva Firmware para el SX1 de Siemens ya!.
Los usuarios de todo el mundo del terminal SX1 de Siemens AG solicitamos la publicacion de un nuevo Firmware. Ha pasado mucho tiempo desde la ultima versiуn y todavia hay varios problemas que requieren soluciуn: incompatibilidades, fallos de conexion con el pc, etc.
Muchos de nosotros hemos invertido una gran cantidad de dinero (alrededor de 600 euros) en un terminal que por la marca (SIEMENS) y caracterнsticas, pensabamos que merecнa la pena invertirlo. A otros nos ha costado algo mas barato, pero no deja de defraudarnos a unos y otros, el hecho de que el sx1 tenga bastantes deficiencias, y mбs aъn, si observamos que concretamente para la version IBERIA-RETAIL, se le pone menos empeсo en sacar nuevas versiones. Con lo que nos sentimos ignorados, y nos estб dejando una mala impresion la marca en la que hemos confiado hasta ahora. por eso esperamos que SIEMENS entienda, que perderб muchos clientes, si no se pone remedio a esta situaciуn.
Siemens AG es una de las empresas lнderes en el mercado de la telefonia movil y como tal pedimos un trato consecuente para con sus clientes. Somos conscientes de las dificultades que un terminal basado en el Sistema Operativo Symbian supone, si bien confiamos en la responsabilidad y buen hacer de Siemens AG, y en la importancia concedida a su servicio post-venta.
Los firmantes de este documento solo pretendemos que el SX1 ocupe el lugar que se merece, pasando de ser un gran terminal a ser el mejor. Confiamos no estar solos en el empeсo .
