Sprint - You Owe Us More

Dear Sprint,

We, as your customers, are contacting you regarding the selection of phones and services that you currently offer your customers. We would like to inform you that as your consumers, we would like to see you start being more innovative in the wireless industry. We see all of the high tech phones that are available only in foreign countries, and wonder why the U.S.A. will be the last to get them?? Are we not technically advanced enough to be deserving of these toys?? We dont think Sprint realizes just how many of us customers are craving for these advances to be made available to us. Maybe it is that you think we just want to keep our phones simple or that we dont want to spend the money for the high priced video chat phones or other such gadgets but we are here to tell you that you are sadly mistaken. Several of us would spend our last dollar to get our hands on some of the these foreign phones. Sprint will now be launching its "Ready Link", which is great but why do we need "PTT" if we have "PCS to PCS"?? We really don't care about having "PTT". We wont be able to use "PTT" to talk to people who have "PTT" with another carrier (as of yet) so what is the use?? As of now, we can't even share pictures to the handsets of other carriers. T-mobile offers a phone by Nokia that has picture, audio, and video capabilities. What is taking so long for you guys to catch up?? Sprint would've lost half of it's customers due to that if they weren't locked into a contract already. We want mexapixel camera/video phones, TV tuner phones, phones that can play MP3's, all of the gadgets that are offered in the foreign market. We feel that if Sprint takes the risk and digs into this market of high tech phones, it would be very beneficial to its customers and also quite profitable for Sprint. We want to see Sprint become the first company to offer wireless video chat. Furthermore, we would like to complain about the fact that your "Short Mail" service will no longer be accessible via your internet site as of November 17th, 2003. This is going to be a great inconvienience to all of us customers who prefer to view and organize our "Short Mail" online rather than on our handsets. Why doesn't Sprint offer regular "SMS Text Messaging" yet?? This service is available on virtually every wireless network except Sprint. This service has been on the market now for well over three years now, yet you still don't offer it. We are sure you have already been, and will continue to be contacted regarding these issues. Please listen to us as your faithful customers, because without us......there is no Sprint.
