SRA SHELTERING PERSON INVOLVE IN DUPING GOVT. AS WELL AS PUBLIC PROPERTIES.

For The People of MUMBAI, Maharashtra and rest of the world for better local governance and administration.

That under the umbrella of so called SLUM REHABILITATION AUTHORITY (SRA) OF GOVT OF MAHARASHTRA,INDIA., There is an one Mr WAQAR AHMED KHAN , a local resident of Dharavi is indulge in a series of, duping and cheating , public as well as govt 'slum rehabilitated' properties.
Although everything about the fact is appear in the knowledge of SRA & MCGM Official, but they have a blind eye on the issue.
Mr Wagar Ahmed Khan Claiming the duped properties & assets as his ancestar right, cheating the local administration and people.
I, through this online petition would like to awake the government official who are neglecting their responsiblities by sheltring these anti elements of the society.
I, strongly request to the related govt. authorities to please do thorough and deep enquiry into the slum rehabilitated NEW NEHRU NAGAR SRA CO-OP HOUSING SOCIETY 90 FEET ROAD DHARAVI MUMBAI 400017, there are some points to enquire about...
1]the origin of the housing society,
2]who is Mr Waqar Ahmed Khan with reference to above housing society,
3]developers and their role in the redevelopment of the so called above housing society,
4]past and present society management body,
5]total eligible slum rehabilitated rooms & actuall occupied rooms,
6]status about a)balwadi b)society office and c)welfare room which is alloted by the SRA.
7]Cheating by taking huge amount(in several lakhs of rupees) with communication companies like AIRTEL & HUTCH FOR giving illegal society NOC for installation of ANTENA TOWERS on the terrace of the redeveloped buiding.
8]the present condition & legal status of slum rehabilitated rooms and saleable rooms.
9]cheating with all the residents of the building as well as govt. of maharashtra by way of illegall capturing(by making false and fake document with reference to all that) a big part of the slum rehabilitated above mentioned housing society's properties and also by means of imposing/intending himself as the owner/office bearer/ancestor's property by one Mr Waqar Ahmed Khan , who is also the resident of the same building.
10]I would like to request, strongly, to all the Concerned Authorities and Department of Government of MAHARASHTRA, to please enquire about the above mentioned fact as early as possible for the justice of the people suffering due to these illegal and bare activities by selfish and anti-elements of the locality.
