Currently,in the commonwealth of pennsylvania,there are Native American gravesites that are being desecrated by corporations for realty purposes.There are laws to protect these sites as the common Euro-American sites are protected ,but are only covered if the sites are on federal land.
When the sites are on state lands,then the owners of the land can do whatever they want with these sites,therefore disrespecting these First Peoples sites as if we are nothing to them.
Please help us tell the governer of pa. to show some respect to our Native American Ancestors and stop these private companies from the desecration of these sites.And to respect them as if they were thier ancestors.Furthermore we would like to change the laws in pennsylvania,to protect these site in the future from developments and other commercial builds.
