DO not increase the price of ASTRO packages.Do not burden the consumers who already burdened by expensive charges of your services.Please improve your service.Let the money we spend paying you is worth.
We did not ask for new channels,sow why want to create new packages and increase the price?
We need some entertainment,and now your company giving us no choice but to increase the price again.
Why taking advantage on consumers?Just because you monopoly the market,do not do as you like.
You already making alot of money as you have millions of subscribers.Why not give us more as sign of appreciation rather than taking more from us but delivering lousy service.
Improve the broadcasting service,launch more satellites so that we can get better signals.Also please make an avaialble toll free number to call customer service.And please make sure you have quality customer service,do not make us to wait long from minutes to hours when we call your helpline.
