Stop the electronic noise ruining our sports games / t.v. shows!!!!!!!!!

We, the undersigned, are asking that someone, anyone, please stop the annoying electronic beeping sound that repeats in the background every four seconds during so many sports games, awards shows, commercials, and other t.v. shows, including the World Series on FOX. We don't know who is responsible - the national networks - the local affiliates - our satellite or cable companies - and frankly, since none of them are willing to take responsibility to fix the problem - we don't care! Just stop the #$\%^#* &\% #@&*$ annoying noise. Thank you very much.
