Temporary Dog Park at Winthrop and Winona

I support the temporary construction of a dog park at the corner of Winthrop
and Winona. The structure is proposed to close Winona from the alley West of
Goudy school to the alley East of Goudy school, and on Winthrop just south of
5044 N Winthrop. The 5000 block of Winthrop would become a two way street.
By signing this, I understand that I am only supporting the temporary structure,
and that the Argyle/Winmore Block club will review it's effectiveness no later
than May 2010, and vote on a proposal for a permanent dog park structure.
