We are not affiliated with any group or organization. We have no leaders. We have access to legal counsel through our current members. It is our intent to formalize a structured organization that is prepared to issue peaceful, physical resistance to attempted changes in gun ownership/possession laws. WE urge each of you to gather your friends for the purpose of being prepared to add their names to this petition and prepare to demonstrate or march locally or nationally against actions taken by the Congress or the President that are adverse to gun ownership/possession. At no time will this organization invade your privacy and we will urge action only when the members of this organization agree it is wise to do so by majority vote. We are eager for members to become local, county, State and National voices that recognize we must do more to preserve our heritage than issue written complaints, ask others to do what we are unwilling to do for ourselves, or expect fairness to be issued when it comes to gun control laws. Clearly, a peaceful, organized physical display of resistance to attempts to modify gun laws is singularly more effective than hoping someone will take care of the problem for you. We are proactive and dedicated. We believe no commitment is sincere without demonstration of the courage of our convictions.
WE share a unique heritage that has been preserved for us by our Founding Fathers and men who have sacrificed to protect our liberty. WE must be committed to do the same for future generations. The uniqueness of our heritage has forged a common bond between us that is inseparable. To be among friends you only need believe in your right to keep and bear arms and be willing, as needed, to advance the cause of liberty by peaceful resistance to the extent that adverse forces cannot urge their designs without knowing the consequences for doing so.
A belated response to tyranny seals the fate of tardy men. Of this I am certain: The clap of a mans musket is more potent than his whisper to rouse the complacent from their lethargy. - A message from Robert Dolan Stilson to Anderson Cooper on CNN during a debate on gun control.
