This is a petition aimed to raise awareness about Twitter’s failure to address their mistakes in due time. Here is my experience with Twitter. I have created an account. After a few months, I have created another account and deleted the first account. The next day, Twitter suspended my new account without prior notification. I have followed their procedure and notified them about what I am sure it is a mistake. I have written an email to [email protected], explaining that I have only created my account and added some twitters that I want to follow. After a short while, I have received an email from Twitter support, asking me to reply only if I am sure I have not break Twitter rules. I have replied, stating that I am sure I have followed their rules. I added that I suspect they may think that I have broken the Impersonation rule, but that was not the case (because I am/was the owner of both Twitter accounts). I have sent this email two days ago. The next day, I have received another email from Twitter (this time from another address), asking me to reset the password for my account. I have done that although I don’t find the reason for it. That’s all. Here I am, after 48 hours in the middle of the week and my account is still suspended. Please sign my petition and make Twitter upgrade their customer support!
