U M Healthcare Benefits: More Gradual Change

The recently-announced change in cost-sharing of healthcare benefits will shift millions of dollars in charges from the University to the faculty and staff. To ease the impact of this change, we petition the senior officers of the University of Michigan to institute this change over a five-year period from 2010 to 2014.
