PLEASE HELP CALIFORNIA STOP SB 861

Whereas, the people of California supported the passage of California Food and Agriculture Code 31683 which precluded the passage of breed specific dog ordinances, and codes, we the undersigned California residents ask the Legislature to pass no amendments (SB 861 sponsored by Senator Jackie Spier, D. South San Francisco) which would allow California cities or counties to enact breed specific dog ordinances to the aforementioned Code.

Keep California free from breed specific dog legislation.
