We, the people of Copperas Cove and nearby cities and counties, want the Copperas Cove Animal Shelter to allow rescues to try to adopt out dogs and cats by whatever means nessecary. We will no longer stand by quietly while innocent dogs and cats are allowed to die without being presented with an adequate chance of living or being adopted out.
