We undersigned state that we have voted in the favor of BEYOND NORMAL (http://beyondnormal.blogspot.com) as the best journalistic blog in Arabic, for the DW Best of the Blogs competition.
We voted for that weblog because we think it is the best in its category, due to its journalistic content, its writing style and quality that are best than other contestant blogs (most of them are not even journalistic).
We sign this petition because some of us noticed that the voting system on the DW site is not secure enough, which allows multiple voting by a same person, and we think this may give some contestants false lead based on false numbers. (IF WE NOTICE ANY TYPE OF FRAUD (CHEATING), WE WILL REPORT IT IN THE COMMENTS BELOW).
By signing this petition, we acknowledge that we can read Arabic, and that we truly gave our vote to BEYOND NORMAL and that we support the right of this blog and others to be well represented in the competition. We also ask DW to take steps to protect other contestants if they detect an abuse of the voting system in any category. We also include our email addresses to express full responsibility for our vote.
