We Want to Thank You President Bush

We, the citizens of the United States, would like to thank you, President Bush, for your steadfastness and courage in the War on Terror. Thank you for confronting the terrorists where they live -- for keeping the fight overseas and away from our homes and families these past six years.

Thank you also for your steady resolve in standing up to paper patriots and armchair diplomats whose real agenda is to crush your administration and regain control of our government. Thank you for operating in our countrys best interests, even though we know it has at times hurt your approval ratings. Those who oppose you do not understand that your failure is the countys failure. If the terrorists win, we lose. If we lose, the terrorists will be emboldened to strap on their bombs and bring their barbarism to our cities and homes.

Thank you for understanding that terrorism is the first and foremost threat that we face as a nation; and that we must confront it with all our strength, all our resolve, and all our resources.
That is why it imperative that your commitment to protect our country and its citizens remain your focus. Only then will our freedoms be preserved and protected for our children.

Please continue in your resolve to protect our country against all enemies, within and without. We must win the war on terror.
