WORKPLACE BULLYING

Please take the time to read this before you decide to sign my petition for Justice against A McLellands & sons cheesemarket Townhead Glasgow. I was employed for twenty years, 14 years of which I was a Packing Manager up until being forced out of my job after suffering workplace bullying at the hands of my superiors. Your support can help change the policies of our Courts in dealing with the psychological effects that all types of bullying cause. Demeaning, harrassing, humiliating over looking achievements, undeserved criticism and dockings , shouted and swore at constantly without reason or provacation, punished without being notified until this action was brought against them in Court after being bullied and hounded from my livelihood. I ask you the public to sign this petition so that the Courts of this Land and the Government too, that are supposed to serve the people take note that this kind of mental bullying is as much harmfull to people as much as physical bullying, and that no bullying, nepotism, discrimination, victimisation or untold punishments of any kind should be tolerated in this day and age! Also that Mclellands should accept responsability for their irresponsible management practises that almost led me to end my life by suicide.But for the sake of Justice and the belief in Justice is what has kept me going. However the Law is so warped and full of complicated twisted logic and seems determined for cases of this kind to fail. Help me fight for Justice. Help me to retrieve my work records to prove the aforementioned company what they really are. No cases of this type have won in Scotland, we have to break this mould because one day it could be you or a loved one! Lets fight to put the Law right. We all know 1+1=2, we all know with the Courts it is 1+1= complicated twisted logic= maybe 2= maybe not 2? I have stood alone for two years NOT THROUGH CHOICE BUT I NEED YOUR HELP TO RIGHT A WRONG!
