We, the students and parents belonging to the YRDSB feel our Section 2(b) right in the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms which entitles us to freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication, is being challenged by the YRDSB policy #668 [Safe and Supportive Schools] which prohibits students from expressing themselves freely through their clothing.
