Predictions among the probable winners of categories precedes publishing of nominees of the Emmy Award. I noticed sadly, that this year’s outstanding lead actress in a comedy category’s nominees doesn’t include any of the actresses of Desperate Housewives. In my opinion all of them would deserve a nomination, and Felicity Huffman’s the one who really does deserve it. Huffman has been acting Lynette for five years and she’s still acceptable in the series. This year she gots more exciting and elementary excercises, when she could shine her talent. That’s why I recommend her to the Emmy board’s attention. She has already been nominated twice and in 2005 she won, but still she has been undervalued for two years, and I don’ think that’s just in sight of the similar acting of probable winners in her category. I ask everybody - who like the series and recognize the acting of Felicity in the fifth season – to sign a petiton to let the Academy know that we would like to see Huffman among the nominees in 2009. I’m waiting for 1000 signatures, and I hope I could convince you. Let’s go Felicity Huffman!

Felicity Huffman has showed us some of the best comic (And even dramatic) performances in the last five years. In the past 4 seasons she was snubbed twice. It woudn't be fair to leave all of the housewives out of the competition once more. Please, i think
