A campaign to give justice to victims of Rajasthan Accident on Sept 7 2007.











Dear Sir/Madam,











We would like to file a petition to Supreme Court of India in order to take an action on Government Organizations including State Govt. and their Department like Police Dept. for Negligence of Duty, which is the main reason behind death of around 75 Poeple in Rajasthan Accident.











Points to Back our Campaign :











1.Why did none of the check post on the highway noticed that there are 200 people in a Truck ?





2.What was the police personals of the place from where Truck Originated doing ?





3.Was there any Road Patrol on highway ? If yes why they did not stop the Truck?





4.If there was no Patrol on Road what is government of Rajsthan doing to ensure safety of people on Roads?





5.Was the condition of roads good ? If no why did Public Works Department failed to keep it good ?











Actions Requested :











i.Supreme Court should pass an order to State Govt. asking to Suspend/Remove Police perons responsible for this.





ii.Supreme Court should pass an order to CM of State asking her to present Statistics of PWD and Reasons.





iii.Supreme Court should pass an order to Govt. of Rajasthan to set up and properly administer the Check Posts on various roads and people breaking the law should get the Hardest of Punishment. (Similar to a Terrorist)
