These laws are outdated useless and make no sense. This law also go against the seperation of church and state. The law is in place to respect the cristian religion but takes no account of people of other religions or of no religion. The city of Red Bank Tennessee should not be inforcing religous laws of this nature.
It is also ridiculous to limit beer sales during these times adn yet allow beer sales throughout the day on sunday and on wednesday night when shurches are in place. The law serves no purpose and in fact only limits revenue to local shops as somone who wants to get a beer to take home can go a few miles out of the city of red bank and aquire one.
Also buying a beer to enjoy at home responsably without going to a bar and then driving home should be honored and not limited.
Not everyone gets off of work during the early evening and somone who gets off work at 1am should have every right to buy a beer to relax at home with responsably.
Laws that limit responsability and also take away fomr the local economy make no sense and should be abolished as old fashioned laws with no purpose.
Dear city of Red Bank please move actions to replace this outdated law with more usefull laws that dont infringe on the rights of your citizens and the seperation of church and state!
